30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

All SENNO products are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Limited Warranty by Product Type:

  • All products from SENNO is backed by a 1-year limited warranty, covering structural and manufacturing defects under standard usage.

Warranty Conditions

  • The product must be purchased as new from an authorized SENNO retailer.
  • Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice) is a requirement.
  • Photos of the defective part(s) is highly recommended.
  • This warranty is void if the product is altered or improperly used.

When that’s all in order, please submit this form for return authorization.

Refunds will typically be generated back to the original form of payment within 2-5 business days. However, exact processing times may vary for each financial institution.
